Quality assurance is the backbone of our services.  More than half of our staff is dedicated to monitoring the quality of the products that we purchase.  Our engineers supervise test runs during the tooling phase of a project.  Before out-of-tool samples are presented to our customers, we routinely layout all dimensions with precise instruments and perform chemical composition analysis and physical property tests to make sure that the products conform to what drawings and specifications have called for.

Mass production only begins after samples are approved by our customers.  During production, our engineers and inspectors conduct in-process quality control at manufacturing sites.  General operational performance checks take place as standard practice.  Where the size of a project warrants, we have our own engineers stationed at manufacturing sites for daily in-process quality control.  A final audit is a must before we release any product out of our manufacturing sites.

Our capability is not limited to what we have been doing.  With our experienced sourcing capabilities and vast supplier network, we can locate the appropriate supplier for any of your projects even if the materials and techniques your new project requires is not what we normally deal with.  If necessary, we will utilize our technical consulting resources in the USA.

Import Facilitation:  We clear cargo through customs with ocean freight and import duty prepaid.  Our local customers will notice no difference between off-shore and local suppliers

Communications:  Overseas business communications can be a dilemna.  All of our staff can read and write English, and many are bilingual.

Follow-Up Services:  We do not consider our work done until our customers are satisfied.  We are only a phone call away, and we back up whatever our people and suppliers may do.
